At Stream Performance we handle your data with care. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data we collect, why, with whom we share it and what rights you have. We do this in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian privacy law.
We only collect the data you provide to us yourself, mainly via our contact and sign-up form:

Legal basis: your consent (which you give by submitting the form) and taking steps at your request prior to any potential agreement.
We never sell your data. For the operation of our website and the handling of your request we rely on a limited number of processors:
For parties that process data outside the EU, we rely on the legal safeguards for international transfers (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
We don't keep your data longer than necessary. If your request doesn't lead to a partnership, we delete your data no later than 12 months after the last contact. If we do work together, we keep the relevant data for the duration of the partnership and the statutory retention periods that follow.
Our website uses no cookies for tracking or marketing, we place nothing on your device and we build no profile of you. To improve the site, we do measure on our own server how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which website you come from, how long and how far you read, and where on a page people click. For this we only read your device's screen size, language and time zone (for the country). We store no IP address and cannot recognise you on a next visit: every page visit stands on its own. This data stays on our own server, is not shared with anyone and is kept for at most 25 months. If "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" is switched on in your browser, we measure nothing. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a well-functioning website. The only external connection is loading fonts (see point 4).
Server logs and statistics. Like every website, our hosting records technical data on each visit, including your IP address, for the security and operation of the server. Those logs are deleted automatically after about a week. To know how many people visit the site and how they find it, we keep only a shortened IP address (the last part removed) and a visitor code that changes every day and whose key is deleted after ten days. This means we cannot follow anyone across several days. These statistics stay on our own server, are not shared with anyone and are kept for at most 25 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering a secure, well-functioning website.
Counting. To count the figures above, our own management server (OVH, France) fetches the shortened data of the last few days and deletes it there after 3 days. In our internal management system (database at Supabase, Germany) we keep only daily totals, such as the number of visitors per country and per page, without IP address and without visitor code. These totals are also kept for at most 25 months.
At any time you have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. You can always withdraw a consent you've given.
Send your request to boostyourstream@streamperformance.agency and we'll handle it as quickly as possible. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
We may update this policy when our operations or regulations change. You'll always find the most recent version on this page, with the date of the last change at the top.
