First check exactly what has been blocked, then appeal through TikTok's own notification. An account ban shows up as a banner when you log in. A LIVE restriction only affects certain features, such as going LIVE. A violation counts toward your account status (Healthy, Fair, Severe or Banned) and expires after 90 days.

Here is how to act: open Inbox, System notifications, Account updates, tap the notification and choose Appeal. You can check your status in TikTok Studio or via Settings and privacy, Support, Safety Center, Account check. Do not wait too long: for a banned account, TikTok deletes your data over time.

Do not create a new account to get around a ban. That is a violation in itself and can cost you that account too. At SPA we help you with your appeal 7 days a week and bring your case to our dedicated contact at TikTok for your region. Only TikTok decides, so we cannot promise an outcome.
Yes, through an agency you can. TikTok names 1,000 followers as the usual threshold to go LIVE on your own (this may vary by region). But an official TikTok LIVE agency can also invite you through the Agency Center, no matter how many followers you have.

This is how it works: you accept the invitation in the TikTok app. TikTok then gives you a LIVE challenge: go LIVE for at least 10 minutes in one single LIVE, before the date TikTok shows you. That gives TikTok a picture of your LIVE content, and TikTok decides whether you can continue.

What always applies: you must be 18 or older to go LIVE and to send or receive Gifts, and you follow the Community Guidelines. TikTok may ask you to confirm your age with an ID and a selfie.

At SPA we invite you this way, even if you are just starting out. Your coach helps you make that first LIVE a good one.
TikTok officially calls a battle a LIVE match: a competition between creators in a co-host LIVE, where the creator or team with the most points wins. Viewers earn points for you by sending Gifts or liking your LIVE.

To start one: during your LIVE, tap +Hosts to start a co-host, then tap Match and send an invite. With more creators in the co-host, you choose between a solo match and a team match. You can also choose whether all Gifts count or only one specific Gift.

According to TikTok, a match lasts five minutes. The winner gets a three-minute victory lap and can give the loser a fun task. If you end the match yourself early, you lose.

There are also power-ups that loyal supporters can use. How they work can change, so we deliberately give no numbers here. Your SPA coach will explain how they work right now.
A real TikTok LIVE agency invites you through the official Agency Center in the TikTok app, and you accept that invitation yourself. You find it via Settings and privacy, Creator tools, LIVE Center, Agency Center. Only companies that TikTok has admitted to LIVE Backstage can invite you this way, and TikTok pays them a fee for the LIVEs of their creators.

Be careful if someone asks for money upfront, asks for your password or verification code (TikTok itself never does), promises guaranteed income or pretends to be TikTok. Always ask in writing what happens to your earnings.

According to TikTok, you are free to leave an agency at any time. Processing can take up to 30 days, and another agency may not be able to invite you for up to 60 days after that. A separate contract with your agency does still apply. At SPA you pay nothing and all your earnings stay yours. On top of that, you can earn an extra bonus every month. TikTok pays us for the results our creators achieve, partly thanks to our coaching and guidance. We only work with creators aged 18 or over.
